he adventure began in 1982 in Cancale, when Olivier Roellinger and his wife Jane, opened the restaurant Le Bricourt in the Maison du Voyageur, where Olivier spent his childhood. Forty years later, Jane and Olivier have created a magical retreat on the Normandy coast which is a noble yet charming vision of the art of living and hospitality.
Starting with the the Hotel Les Rimains, you'll discover the likes of an English cottage, featuring 4 rooms and suites. Next are the marine-style lodgings inspired by seaside huts, sheltered in the park of the domain.
Next, discover the Château Richeux, a splendid villa from the 1920s which overlooks the bay of Mont Saint-Michel featuring: 11 rooms and 2 luxurious and cozy apartments, as well as the restaurant Le Coquillage, run by their son and very talented chef, Hugo Roellinger (Chef of the Year 2022).
And last but not least, the 6 Fermes du Vent, a sumptuous buildings of rough stone with large windows designed to admire the ocean and the stars at night. So many rare, refined and poetic places to discover at this magnificent retreat in Normandy.
