You directly provide French Promise with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or request a booking or quote for any of our products or services. 
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

• Register or subscribe for our email newsletter.

Our Company securely stores your data in a secure European based database. 

Our Company will keep your contact data for as long as the company is operating. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by purging our databases, or per your request.
