"Marissa and Charlotte were competent planners and very responsive. They were great to work with and put together a trip to Normandy rich in experience with excellent guides. Each guide had different strengths. One in particular, Jenny, was engaged in interviewing WWII veterans. Due to her specific expertise, she was able to identify that my father had served in Normandy around D-Day from paperwork I had brought with me. THAT was an emotional and extraordinary moment. She also provided information on how I could further research on which beach he had arrived and what role he played while there. "It may have been the best trip of our lives (and we have been traveling internationally for 30 years). We started in Normandy with our guide Herve, an incredible historian. We all had each other in stitches for the three days but also experienced the poignancy of the WWII sights and landing beaches.
