This vineyard boasts an iconic château surrounded by its 3.63-hectare Clos Monopole vineyards in the Pommard Premier Cru appellation, meticulously cultivated using biodynamic methods. A spectacular winery is integrated into the hotel, offering a unique winemaking experience.
The luxury hotel features 37 rooms and suites, a spa, a swimming pool, and two restaurants overseen by Christophe Raoux, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. All of this is designed with a constant focus on connecting the work in the vineyards with the pleasure of guests, with many rooms overlooking the vines and one suite perched above the winery.
